Patience

 

It is far from the easiest thing for most and rarely do I find people in my daily walk that thrive on waiting.  However, it just may be the most crucial state of Being and is definitely on the forefront of the things that will help to move us forward.  You see, when we reach the goal of mastering being patient we have in fact mastered the power of Faith.

 

We know without seeing and understand without questioning.  In this state we are filled with unwavering trust in all things and are certainly aware that all things are working for the greatest good weather we see the signs or not.  Here we can sit back relax and allow the Universe to unfold while expecting the maximum potential of the Plan.

 

Many fail miserably when they get to the point where they can wait no longer and end up with ideas that are plainly half baked.  There is the swing, but no follow thorough.  They have decided that they will fail and in turn set the stage for failure.  Some say people don’t plan to fail they fail to plan, but in actuality the majority of us continually plan for failure.  The craziest thing is that in doing so we divide our concentration and set the pace for the failure we fear.

 

In case we can’t meet one goal we stretch out our minds and prepare to fail in the least painful way possible.  We are tired of the struggle and yearn for control so we set a course for disaster under our own terms.  Instead of waiting for God’s plan to finish we decide I Am That, I Am is not going to come through for us and plan for our retreat.

 

I had a conversation recently with a fellow property owner who had decided to try his hardest to keep the property, but he continually spoke of getting the ball rolling on a plan to get out of the property.  In this he was pulling in two directions.  He was saying I want the property and I don’t want the property at the same time.  I attempted to explain this to him, but he decided to argue on what is failure and how could he getting himself out of the property at a minimal loss mean failure.  It was very difficult to get him back on track.  Finally, things came around to my point.  I said, “My point is that energy flowing in opposite direction will diminish the power of the manifestation.”  In his case he was praying for success and believing for failure.  It is crucial for us to ask and believe (without doubt) in order to receive what we ask for in prayer.
